Faraday is capable of operating from a power source providing 4.5V to 17V which includes many primary cells, lead acid, Li-Ion, etc. This also means common 12V power supplies will also work great.
This pre-made cable is unterminated at one end, allowing any connection needed to be made. Screw it into a bench top power supply or solder Anderson PowerPoles on for example.
External MOSFET Control
This pre-made 24AWG cable also connects into the external MOSFET connection of Faraday. Switch on high power loads (up to 2A) by using Faraday’s MOSFET to connect your load to ground. Some Example uses:
- External lights
- NiChrome wire
* We haven’t tested a motor, be careful with motor noise and EMF kickback. You could damage Faraday!
